AT COMIC CON: ArtisanMaskers

With the Salt Lake Comic Con happening this Thursday, Friday and Saturday, I thought it would be fun to showcase a few of my talented friends that will be participating!

Allow me to introduce the creators of original, handmade masks: ArtisanMaskers.

ArtisanMaskers is so excited in getting ready for Comic Con in Salt Lake this week!

We’ve focused part of our efforts on making lots of the more affordable, basic superhero-looking masks, which will be $15 each (see the purple-haired image below).

The other half of our efforts were directed towards making masks that are themed. This will include characters from all sorts of genres like Pikachu, Rainbow Dash, Ichigo Kurosaki, Deanna Troi, and Harley Quinn. We will also have a few miniature top hats, our favorites being tiny Mario and Luigi caps, steampunk top hats, and one each for Superman and Batman.

So much time and effort has been put into these works of art, all of which are original and handmade, including each papier-mache base. We love to share our talents, and hope to see everyone at Comic Con!

Aren’t these masks amazing? Be sure to visit the ArtisanMaskers Etsy site and find them at Comic Con this weekend. They’ll be setup in the Artist Alley, Green 57.
