17 years ago, Doug TenNapel released The Neverhood, the point-and-click adventure game featuring claymation puzzles, characters and graphics. The game is a cult classic and was a complete game-changer for me in my visual artwork and storytelling. While we inhabitants of The Neverhood are still hoping for a tablet version of the game, Doug TenNapel has teamed up with the original animators and puzzle-builders to create a new game.

The game is called Armikrog and it is Doug TenNapel’s newest clay and puppet adventure game, now live on Kickstarter. “Without giving too much away, Armikrog follows the adventures of a space explorer named Tommynaut and his blind alien, talking dog named Beak-Beak. They crash land on a weird planet and end up locked in a mysterious fortress called Armikrog. Then…the adventure begins!” (Pencil Test Studios)
