COME TO THE ALT PRESS FEST!

Did you know that the Salt Lake City library houses the biggest zine collection in the U.S.? Their catalogue includes over 2,500 unique titles and over 6,000 publications. The SLC Library is also the host of Utah’s Alt Press Fest, a one-day independent zine festival featuring artists and authors, music, demos and workshops. AND it’s this Saturday!

Zinesters Mark Todd and Esther Pearl Watson (authors of the incredibly helpful Whatcha Mean, What’s a Zine?) are headlining the fest, and I’ve been invited to table right next to them. Aaaah! No pressure!

So, come say hi — I’ll have comics, coloring books, tattoos, original artwork, and a new haircut. See you Saturday from 3-9 at the library!
