“Economics writer Tim Harford studies complex systems — and finds a surprising link among the successful ones: they were built through trial and error. In this sparkling talk from TEDGlobal 2011, he asks us to embrace our randomness and start making better mistakes.”

This is so amazing! I wholeheartedly agree with this. I heard Jerry Spinelli speak once on failure and he said we need to celebrate failure and teach our children to embrace it more because it’s only by trying and failing and trying again that we eventually succeed. Every failure is a step towards success. I think of that with every rejection, I’m one step closer to acceptance.
